I am really trying to acquire the Nordheimer thrall Dina, Master Huntress on the Isle of Siptah. I have been cruising all known taverns with no luck so far.
Does anyone know if Dina is a possible thrall that you can rescue in the Purge? If so, what level Purges can she be found in?

In all my taverns, she is the only really good thrall to show up. Recruited her on Siptah.
Note that you cannot recruit anyone from another clan’s tavern.

Pretty sure that you could before. Was it changed recently?
This is incorrect. You can recruit from everyone’s tavern.
In any case, I know that Dina can come from the tavern, but I’m trying to increase my odds by seeing if she can also be a reward from the Purge. 
she does not seem to happen on purges.
Sorry, I was misinformed about recruiting from other peoples taverns. Maybe that’s why I see good thralls so seldom.

Dina and Freya I have purchased both of them in my own Tavern on Siptah. I have seen Dina way more personally.
Are you looking at other players Taverns or just your own? Their is a video out there that explains the t4 odds and how to essentially get more Tavern t4’s to spawn.
Every time you purchase a t1-t3 a new thrall spawns and has a chance of being a t4. So I always am cycling my t1’s-t3’s.
The more you buy, the greater chance you have of a t4 spawning.
I check out all the taverns I can in the area. But I really need to buy more of the little guys too.
