[Using Direct Connect option during the server search feature. Entering text fails, or keeps repeating the same letters over and over. Example: If I input 7 four times. 7777 and then this bug happens… If I backspace and try to re-enter 7717 instead, my keystrokes will still be 7777, until I enter something into the 5th digit, lets say a 1. At this point the whole phrase corrects itself to… 77171. If I backspace again and try to type the word sockwater, as I enter the word it will display as 77171 until I try and hit the letter “A” at which point it will display “sockwa”. This also screws seriously with my : and ; keys so that trying to input a server becomes almost impossible. Not capslock related. Not capslock/shift related.
Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:
- Launch the game.
- Select Play Online
- Select Direct Connect
- Try to input a : after you have entered your numbers.
