Me and my friends played in official pvp #1071 server, then cheaters came and started to destroy everyone. They were using third party programs to cheat like: esp, speedhack, lagswitch so we reported them, but the problem is after 7 days funcom still didint do anything about those cheaters, they still play and cheat. We couldnt fight them so in order to deffend against them we builded more layers of walls in our base, we had ~26k placements and guess what… Funcom banned all our clan, but not the cheaters. At this momment cheaters still play and enjoy the game and we are banned cause we just wanted to deffend our loot against them. Its not fair. ITS NOT PLAYERS PROBLEM THAT YOUR GAME DOESNT HAVE PLAYCEMENTS LIMIT LIKE IN OTHER SURVIVAL GAMES SO ITS NOT FAIR TO BANN PLAYERS CAUSE OF THIS.

Just a question. Did you provide plenty of evidence like videos to support your claims of hacking? Overbuilding which is what you resorted to (not judging) to try to defend against them is easy to prove. The use of hacks and lag switches especially is a lot harder to prove. To respond to reports of overbuilding it takes one admin a few minutes to log in, teleport to grid and witness. This may explain why no action was taken to your report but was taken against you.

The answer will sorry that you gona have to expiriance this we will take look at this :joy::joy::joy: and this post will be closed after couple weeks without any changes​:joy: it’s passed 4 months and they still didn’t answered why when I trye login I have message steam is responsive and I can’t play anything not even single player
