resubbed after a long break from game and it still shows me f2p, in game I still cant do certain things but my gold reserve has been unlocked…. cmon Funcom! stop stealing time from players since you know you wont compensate for anything not acquired in the time it takes to reply.
1 part time guy is covering it so you probably have a bit of a wait til he gets to your ticket.
I just dont see why they wouldnt hire a player for game time and monthy FC points
Aoc us done for them, completely dropped. we are amongst their most loyal customers but they dont have any regard for those things, they are basically pocketthieves selling games on blatantly empty promises nowadays

At what point is it theft? you can’t initiate a refund without a perma ban? @Funcom staff
had the same thing, my bank refunded a year sub as they thought it was fraudulant.
Lost a 12 year old account, and didnt have a single response petition wise…I’d have paid a year sub to unlock it
Send the request from Paypal, that will create a reaction 
The reaction being a ban, but at least you can get the money back lol.
