Had the dreaded caps lock on and in frustration i hit the forgot password thinking that would be an easy reset. Process ends by saying I’ll get a new temp password. Nothing ever came… so what now??
Is support going to respond? Got a hot new comp and really want to play with ramped graphics!
Fixed it myself. Webmail problem. If you encounter this issue (which is very common) ensure you allow messages from account@funcom.com and notifications@funcom.discoursemail.com (for the forum if those also blocked). These would be the necessary exceptions in the Spam setting of your webmail browser
