I have made several legit complaints about bases blocking spawns, large bases, harassment of other players and you wipe the base of someone who has done nothing. Only response I ever received from complaints “hope this situation resolved itself” never again will I purchase from or support this company. My base wasn’t wiped but a big player on our server was wiped and the ones who complained have bigger bases on the server and multiple bases because of multiple accounts and we sent reports of it all to fall on deaf ears. Enjoy your game and toxic players that run players off.

Same hapened to us on PC (Steam). One team who recently joined server mass reported and banned 3 old clan on the server. I was asking for help on Zendesk but only received copy/past answers 
Admin who banned us Yog 23 feb if any member of Customer support was investigate it some day.
Only on this forum can you find threads running at the same time saying both nobody gets banned from being reported, and too many people are being banned from reports.
I still wonder which it really is

I thought the same because I had sent screen shots of people blocking spawns and got the message … I even made a post on these forums begging for help and nothing done … emailed them about stuff that was going on and nothing done … like I said won’t touch this or another game of theirs ever.
When there is a thorough report done and you recieved the automated response, reply to the email.
They are overwhelmed quite obviously. Replying to the email informs them that the issue has not resolved itself and you still need assistance.
Making a post on the forums asking for assistance does not help for these matters.
I’m not excusing the system, it’s terrible. I’m only giving you advice based on my own experiences and subsequent actions.

I have responded and nothing was done … no worries appreciate thoughts just done with the game … 10 of us won’t be playing anymore
Seems that they ban the wrong people in great majority of time, i was walled by a clan during 3 months, neither report worked. When three trolls of my server gathered to report me, i was kicked in one week, incluidng they openly told me it, “next week your base will fall” and tadah, happened as they told. No long time reported a player that intentionally closed a passage, and got the “we hope situation has improved by it self”. Other player build a bridge to reopen the way, may this one will get banned first.

If you are still experiencing issues on your server please make sure you follow up on your previous tickets just so team can follow up on the investigation.
We are receiving a lot of reports over on Zendesk and the team is doing their best to reply and resolve these as soon as possible.
