Dregs Boss awkward position prevented player attacks

Dregs boss fight started out normally and he did 2 or 3 of his “belly flop” attacks giving me the chance to put bleed stacks on him. Then somewhere around 50% health, his position & angle changed. When he did his belly flop, he landed about half of the character’s height above the floor. Character was still able to attack and deal damage despite the glitch. He did that a few more times and changed position & angle again to a very awkward positioning that prevented player attacks. After this realization is when I turned on the recording software.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Exact duplication method is unknown at this time, but it’s the dregs boss, so it’s a roll of the dice.

You might try 4 poison arrows for a workaround, hint, hint.

Still can’t believe it only takes 4 poison arrows to kill him. I don’t have the patience for that tho. I want to get in there and stack some bleed on him, and it was a new character so I didn’t have any poison or snake arrows made yet.
