I noticed that when I tried to build a horizontal elevator.
I built a tree house and wanted to connect it with one of the rock formations nearby. It connected but somewhere mid air on a tree. Fair enough, I thought I could attach building pieces to it to make a little elevator cabin but I can’t. So I thought it would be much easier to be able to attach building pieces to the end piece of an elevator.

Sry for hyjacking your thread but I saw there is a post on elevator suggestions so I would like a code locked elevator so that friends not in a clan can use it. That would be great so you won’t need to remove it.

Yh, also a great idea.
Or a key for the elevator which you need to carry with you to access it. Others can steal it from you obviously so they can access it themselves

Getting back on point though, I fully agree with this as I’ve been in the same predicament were once you have the elevator at an end you can’t snap anything at all to it.
