My ENTIRE BASE VANISHED on login. This is the THIRD time this has happened since Age of Sorcery was released. It says it is from stability loss. I’m on an offline single player game.

How big are you building?
I found that if you have a single build in single player at around 11k+ pieces, PS4 can’t handle it and it with be gone next time you log in.
Not sure if it’s related to how many pieces are in the build or how many pieces are in render distance, but I doubt you can do anything about it.
If you spread out builds you can build way more… But it becomes an insane lag fest.
I’m not sure about piece count to be honest, I haven’t really kept track. I have a base in one area where it happened the first time which is bigger than the one that vanished then and it’s still there. This usually happens to me when I’m working on a second base as the one I start at is fine.
Yeah I don’t know, I’m no expert I’ve just had it happen to me a few times. Pretty sure the bases that disappeared was around 10-12k, but I’ve had a total of around 35k pieces on one SP game (game ran like sh’t though).
But it could be a smaller number if you have multiple builds and bigger if it’s your only build.
And that was just the count when I logged off… Could be a lower number, but you don’t find out until it can’t load it.
No idea how it works I just know it happens when you go big lol.
By the way, this doesn’t happen on servers (on one server one clan had around 96k pieces, almost all in one area. Server actually ran okay. No worse than a lot of other servers). So if you wanna go big on PS4 I guess that’s the only way.

I’m on an official server on PS5, I’ve seen some quite large bases with probably thousands of pieces, this is worrying though, if my base vanishes I’d quit playing this. My base isn’t all connected but the main 4 buildings are linked. Oh just read your other reply to the OP, good to know it’s not a server issue but hardware only, hopefully they can fix this for offline players.

Welcome to the forum. It would help a lot to name the locations you builded. Even better take photos of the exact location you had your base, on map and site!
I have builded almost everywhere in my single player, but i lost once a temple on the lava mountains of the frost area. It was a project over 50k pieces, 1 straight week building in admin mode. But the other builds i had were ok for years until 3.0 arrived, i couldn’t log in in my single player and i deleted everything!
Ps4 cannot handle these builds anymore!
So what’s your console, 4 or 5?
