I’m with you. Lost some undead but roll back just doesn’t sound remotely fun IMHO. I have been bouncing around the servers and actually enjoying the chaos a bit. It’s something new and unexpected. Come on, be honest. If you have 4 years of thralls out there, what are you really doing to play the exact same thralls this entire time? It hasn’t gotten stale? The amount of turmoil all the servers are in is well worth the price of the thralls…even the ones that I will never see again.

We too have lost all our thralls and their gear. This is 100% inexcusable especially after the Nemedian Debacle. All of them leveled and geared up for the new content and now just gone. This is ridiculous. Was looking forward to the new purge/ siege against my castle, now I’m not so sure.

Server is Official Server #3725 PvE g-portal.
I have been on this server for around one year, and this never happened.
ALL MY FOLLOWERS (THRALLS) DISAPPEARED. In the logs says, “Guardian Golem decayed because no member of this guild has been online in a long time”. My clan is only me, and I haven’t been online since 2023/08/31. two days ago. I have been already off for one week, and it never happened.
I believe it was an error. Please, rollback the server. I cannot lose my level 20 thralls.

And restor old save befor the thrall wipe was made is the only way to fix it! A rollback would be your only option now.

Im sure they’ll patch it when aow2 goes live,they didnt roll back servers when i lost 2 years progress at my nemedion base they wont do it now.,funcom is beyond incompetent!!!
Maybe you could boost harvest rates for a couple weeks,that will make up for it

What about the armor and weapons? All my thralls (with 2 Danlisa level 20) had legendary weapons.

There is one more option. According to reports on dead thralls, put all these NPCs in the inventory of each victim. But this is a very tedious and time-consuming job for server administrators, I am sure that they will refuse this option.

Tough luck,i lost tons for the nemedion bug,but i got 30 rocks instead of 15 with a pick so its cool!
