I really love building. I purchased Turan Culture Pack last year. I spended WHOLE WEEK rebuilding an epic base that dissapeared last year after update just to DISSAPEAR AGAIN. I checked event log:2020.03.08-17.01.54 Server shutdown.

2020.03.10-16.09.07 Ancient Brazier owned by TinTin3Gamer has lost stability, Turanian Hanging Lamp has lost stability etc. etc… because all that’s left from my base are just floating lamps and doors which are magically dissapearing when i walk too close to them. There is no sign about what happened to all of my walls, foundations or roofs. I am desperate and angry. I even downloaded the back up save from ps plus storage but the base is still gone like nothing ever happened. Is there any way to bring my base back please?
Could you provide a few screenshots of the Event Log and the area where the buildings disappeared, as well as further details on the scope of the construction?
If the cloud save file was overwritten due to automatic uploads being enabled, we’d suggest disabling these so that you manually upload saves to the cloud storage periodically and/or backing them up to a portable usb drive as well.
