The most annoying aspect of this game is sheer overpower of the explosive jars, fire/grease orbs. It is the same process over and over in PVP and there is not skill or art to the game when it comes to the Siege.
Here’s how it works:
Explosives Virgin
Player researches explosive jars, fire orbs.
Player scouts out easy targets and exploits. Shows up at 10:30 with Ymir Thrall.
Loads up with grease orbs then a fire orb or explosive jar.
Kills Thralls guarding in same manner who just sit there and burn.
Destroys entire dwelling because “muh fire burns…”
Plunder burned chests.
Siege Chad
Spends hours building trebuchet next to tier 3-4 base risking life and limb for half a day because he can.
Spends an additional 6 hours harvesting rocks for ammunition because 1 boulder costs 150.
Launches 150 boulders at building - destroys 1 tier 4 foundation covered with fence.
Gets nothing but wasted time.
Seriously though devs…a boulder that size being being thrown at that velocity would decimate walls within a few hits.
Why have you nerfed the trebuchet making it useless?
Why are there not other siege options?
Why are bombs so OVERPOWERED to the point where they are basically CHEATING!?

Good points. Bombs should definitly only be peaceable 1 foundation away, otherwise, players could place one on a weaker raises platform or something to make a building collapse etc…
Regarding the siege, I also think there should be other Siege equipment, for example:
Catapults
Ballistas
grappling hooks
But overall boulders should do more damage but maybe take longer to make.
