Greetings!
I left my main game for a while, while disconnections get better (PS5), and instead I started a new game to try to complete the new (and awesome) Journey system.
I got to Delving (Siptah), and it was my first time doing that.
I did not make it to that part of @stelagel’s Siptah’s training, he would just show up with hundreds of Eldarium bars .
Which is your favorite method to farm Eldarium? I was reading about invisibility spell to get to the final boss in the Vaults. Another player mentioned killing Rabid Milly and her fellow 1 Skull bosses around that area (three total). Is that information still accurate?
By the way, how many recipes should I expect from the Delving Bench? Armor and weapons. I started using a helmet I can craft from 15 Hardened Steel Bars and a weapon I can craft from 22 Hardened Steel Bars, but I do not know if there are better options.
In the beginning of my new character, my eldarium comes from scraps. I always start progressing on south, killing Greys, accursed bosses and collect flotsams. It is very viable for me to create my first tier 4 surges very fast, get my first Darfari beasts that do not require authority points and sweep the vaults after. That’s my way. But it’s not recommended for non (i don’t mean you Wonka) experienced players. It’s better to play it “safer” and do the goblin dungeons that’s really rewarding and easier from many. The easiest vault to run through and gain fast eldarium and sigils is the fiend one.
Ps. 18th of May my job will return to normal rhythm again, i will visit you .
I like to kill the bosses that drop scraps. It’s much easier and lighter to carry. Just drop them in a furnace when you’re done and get 5 bars for every scrap. I’ve actually been hoarding some to transfer to EL if they bring back transfers.
I will try:
- Scraps from 1
bosses.
- Then, Asylum of the Fiends as a quick Vault run.
- Then, Tougher Vaults if I want to train Thralls.
That should do it , thank you!
Now, how many recipes should I try to get from the Delving Bench?
Here is a table with some valuable info for you. It’s a bit outdated in terms of “exceptional” and “flawless” but gives some insight into the matter.
Wowww! It seems like I will be farming Eldarium for a while !
Thank you so much for that list!
Good hunting!
You gain exactly the same recipes from Grey pools. Both are rng based. But! Let’s say you need a specific armor recipe, or a specific weapon recipe. For this reason you use delving.
Yet…
The recipes that you gain from the vaults and the tower, are the best and they do not require tremendous rng and grinding. In order to gain 100 fragments in a day, all you have to do is go to all the South Grey camps and open chests and gather statuettes for summoning. Fragments in Siptah are candies .
I personally delve the less.
If however there was a way to delve the midnight alchemy, i would empty all the vaults 3 times the day… But so far… No
Oooh, that’s a game changer! I did not know that, I thought I had to do both for different recipes. Thank you!
I needs harvesting powers! Thank you!
This one comes late to the party and has nothing new to add.
Except that delving recipes are only rarely worth the Eldarium to delve or craft them.
The recipes from the tower or the vaults are almost universally better, both in terms of statistics as well as cost efficiency to craft and repair.
Not late at all! Today I had a Purge (Twitch), I did not have time to farm Eldarium yet.
Thank you!
