Fatal Crash on startup

I am not an expert when it comes to technical issues but here is what comes to my mind:

  1. Try the solutions listed here: Common Technical Issues and solutions. (READ FIRST)
  2. Make sure your Anti-Virus/Firewall is not blocking anything. Stop any other programs running to eliminate conflicts (even discord).
  3. Make sure you are starting the game as Administrator.
  4. Try verifying the files via Steam (refer to point 2)
  5. Try re-installing Steam: Crash on launch
  6. Try starting a game without BattleEye to eliminate BattleEye as the potential cause.
  7. Unsubscribe from any mods and remove the mod folder, just to make sure no mods are loaded.
