Fatal error starting the game, all friends got same problem

Game crashing immediately on startup

It happens from time to time, it’s not a new issue, but it seems no one cares If it happens to me I do the following workaround: start the launcher unplug the network cable start the game from the launcher wait until the error message about connecting to the Funcom services appears plug the network cable back in and wait some seconds click “OK” and retry to connect choose server and play This helps me in most cases, but I cant test it right now (I’m at work).
