I believe this is the way Thor actually was portrayed in legend. IIRC, he was similar in AC Valhalla. And yeah, that would be a nice option. I’d actually like to have a couple thralls that fit this look. My executioner by my gallows would look cool like that, especially if I could put permanent war paints (tattoos) or something.

@CodeMage is not just alright, @UNfun .
He is an exceptional person and has always been very consistent in his ideas through time.
I disagree with him in some respects, because we have different worldviews. I think he is an utopian, but of a good sort.
I had no idea he didn’t play Conan anymore. It’s a great shame and a sad loss for the community.

He was indeed. But many people are used to this marvel-style or don’t know the legends.
So i mentioned it just for a bit of context.
I actually thought he was very cool in GoW, i loved the artwork!

This thread appears to be dedicated to discussing body image, media representation, and invokes Ideological content and debate. Irrelevant to Conan Exiles. Ideology and politics have no place on a Conan Exiles game forum. Could we please consider closing this thread?
I’m pretty sure it became that way because some people became offended by it. I honestly don’t care one way or the other if it gets closed. I just spoke out about the lack of gaming industry’s understanding of what players want. Politics and ideologies have created an industry with developers and players becoming disconnected. For example, DOA6 failed. Why? Because it listened to critics that didn’t play the game, and the ones that did play it, didn’t want to play it because it changed. It wasn’t just the image, but content, the micro transactions, etc. It was a whole pile of crap that proved how much developers have forgotten who they’re making the games for. But I digress, by all means close the topic if you deem it necessary. I’m not offended.

I don’t see the problem, since everyone was civil and the mood was.light, but I don’t mind either way. The video erjoh posted, mostly likely with the best of intentions, doesn’t exist in a vacuum.
Players have suffered enough impositions to how they should have fun, what they should like, what they should accept, etc from game studios disconnected from their fans.
That’s why I commented it. But I don’t mind if it stays open or gets closed.

And we don’t mind if he feels the topic doesn’t belong here. Proably he is right anyway! The forum rules specify that. No politics or ideoligy debates that can get heated and become disruptive. But I think this one was quite amicable.

Technically not true though as if I understood correctly @erjoh was sharing that video as a form of feedback that watching it made him realize how Conan Exiles might benefit from a more varied character customization system to allow people to create more diverse characters.
I don’t think anybody would have a problem with that suggestion 
And there was also this! We even left the dead be in peace after a while

Oh do not worry I already have. I opted for a two pronged approach. 
Good. Honestly I do not care if they do Xevyr. They are the ones in violation of the Community Social Guidelines. This has no place on the Conan Exiles forum. If Erjoh would like more customization options all he haf to do was create a request in the Feedback section. The forum should remain apolitical and free from ideologies.

That build can be easily replicated in Conan with the current sliders

I’ve said it before and will say it again. The more our characters look like they’re straight out of a Frank Frazetta or Boris Vellejo painting, the better. Stale and boring does not fit the aesthetics of Conan.
