Foal don't spawn

Game mode: Single-player (exiles land)
Type of issue: Foal don`t spawn in their location after last patch
Region: EU

Foal don’t spawn.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Run Game
  2. Choose single player
  3. Check foal spawn locations
  4. Found out that they don’t spawn

Foals do still spawn, I just got one a few hours ago, in the highlands directly below the Northern Aqueduct.
Not sure about other spawn spots, maybe they changed them a bit to make it harder to aquire a horse.

Same. Foals spawn for my single player game, too.
