Can someone help me out on a bit of history. I swear there was time where you could find a foal around noob river H/I:4 region and did some research but I can’t find it and now I’m thinking I just dreamed it all up.

When Horses first were added, the itteh bittehs were all over the place. One spawned not far from the named Exile under the bridge.
Now if you want them on the river, J-K 5-6 is the easiest?
Hello! Foals are usually found near bodies of water SPECIFICALLY around grassy areas. You can often find some in areas like the highlands with lakes and stuff.

Yeah, there was at least one. Now that you mentioned it, i don’t think i’ve seen it in a while.

People still build a lot in the starting river destroying the spawn. My main foal farm is on the mount of dead. Of course they have plenty spawns, but i go there because it’s close to the obelisk. I always take all the Obelisks in the beginning of a new character and i unlock the pvp flag for obvious reasons. Now it’s very easy to have silk and shaped wood. If however you forget to take silk with you, blue skeletons provide gossamer with sickle, so no problem

After I take the 4 around the Mounds, I often ride far East to the aqueduct to get 4 more. I then put them in my Horse inventory and let him return home with them by himself. 1 way trips.
