Can some1 who game is crashing very often do a livestream on YouTube from his console and when it crashes then post a link to stream archive video? I was recntly banned for 7 days for violations on Live from PlayStation app and Sony denided to tell me what I did. If it wasn’t for that I would create a brand new topic, properly tagged and described with evidence because y’all making a mess here. People post without even fast reading forum guidelines.

I can’t imagine ps4 with this because I had to buy a ps5 even before the update because of performance issues imagine now
A video? it’s random! as you can see, the entire community is experiencing it. Not something you would have “missed” during testing. Which i assume you did not do. You have an ETA on a fix?

Seriously becoming more of headache by the minute. My guys and I have experienced multiple crashes and feeezes already within the last two days. We thought it was our server but eveything is running as it should be. Its rather interesting they want “video” evidence for this occurance when multiple people, as you have stated, have experienced and/or are currently experiencing this issue. I hope there is a second patch coming out since how badly the game was broken before the first was released. One patch isnt going to solve the other issues that pop up.
They know there are serious issues. They don’t need a video. Just a stall tactic. They never tested this at all on console. Thats insane to sell a product you never verified at least functioned semi-well. just careless.
I’m starting to think they don’t even have a PlayStation to test the game on. If they did, they’d need only to play on it and they’d see there’s a problem.

As far as I can tell Funcom don’t even seem to have publicly acknowledged the problem exists despite the number of people that have flagged it up here, far less be doing anything to fix it.
Maybe I’m wrong and they’re working on it behind the scenes but if that is the case it would be nice if they told people - I’m sure most of us who haven’t been able to play the game since the 3.0 / 3.0.1 updates because of constant freezing would appreciate an update from them but their communication skills appear to be non existent.
Yeah I hope they fix it with in the month cause a lot of people haven’t been playing
There does seem to be a lack of communication, or at least in this thread besides, “please send us video evidence of this issue”, which isnt much in the way of easing minds that problem is getting looked at seriously. If anything, it makes folks a lot more aggitated than they already are.
If they wont acknowlege the probelem WE have only one choice. Please post your video on social media — thats the best way to help the community! That will speed the process of getting us fixed up again. We have to all participate though! So, Calling all exiles, Please post your freezing/crashing misfortunes ANYWHERE and EVERYWHERE you can.Entitle your video appropriatley, and I will do this with you. Together we can put a little pressure on, and, hopefully get some results. Happy posting!
