another in the US. it tells me that it can’t connect to the Funcom Live services, then says Steam online services are unavailable.
This is why we wanted offline single-player… I just spent 3 days downloading the game, haven’t played in over a year, I just wanna screw around on a vanilla map alone, DLC be damned.

Ive sent a support email to ask whats happening and though doubtful ill get a reply but if i do ill post it here.

Not sure if its a one-off guys as ive done this twice already in the last hour but this time i held shift and clicked shutdown (this hard shuts down the machine clearing all memory and temp files instead of a soft shutdown) and ive managed to connect this time now, could give this a try.

Hmm. I don’t think that you report this issue to Zendesk, either. As they are mostly for the official servers.

i just used the contact tab and sent a message using that, never had to report a problem before so dont know the official way to report something

Oh it works for me, a fresh start from PC and Router and now voila xD hmmnn strange. (not only restart, complete shutdown)
It was the first time with this issues

Must have been a one-off for at least me anyway, got a black screen that was non responsive. forced closed then did the above again and nothing. must have just been lucky.

For me it seems to be a steam issue, not funcom. I can also not log into rockstar services

Just had an automated reply response from zendesk, atleast its logged. damn shame they haven’t done an official message to at least tell us they are aware and what is potentially the issue.
