@Funcom still missing the board game from Monolith

Hello. I have sent out emails and information for the shipment of the

Conan Board Game from Monolith

I was told it would ship in august but I have not received the item I won during the Jan - February 2025 livestream.

I sent out the shipping information in June 2025.

I also submitted a help ticket today i hopes that someone reaches out

I apologize for the inconvenience and thank you all.

Conan is still one of the best games I play daily and will continue, your updates are going great to so thank you all for your support

Why are you asking FunCom about a board game from a different company?

Unless I missed a memo, Monolith and FunCom have nothing to do with each other.

If you read closely, they’re saying they won the item on a Funcom livestream as a giveaway.
However, I don’t recall any Funcom dev streams regarding Conan Exiles in February, that was already after they published their producer letter and as far as I know they haven’t done any streams after that.

Ah, so secret stream and not in February as OP said, but January :stuck_out_tongue: That explains it.

Could be anything. Out of stock, tariffs impact, lost during shipping, delayed by customs, stolen etc. I’m just curious as to why OP is only complaining about it now, 8 months later, when they should have notified Funcom months ago that it never arrived.

I did. I have been in contact with them. The response takes awhile from funcom

They are aware of the situation.

They said it would have shipped in march. But because I won the Official version it wouldn’t ship till august.

And so here we are. Just waiting on a response. Im sure they will pull thru.

Yes. The reason I posted here is because I have sent support tickets and emails.

But the responses take awhile.

This is just another way to reach them as Im not sure if support tickets are working.

I have been sending emails and support tickets but have not recieved a response.

30+ countries have restricted or stopped the ability to send parcels to the United States since August due to tariffs.

Just send an E-Mail to Mr. Trump and tell him to stop the tariffs. Parcel should go through much smoother after that. :wink:

Monolith Board Games is based in France. Postage situation is outside of Funcom’s control.

Would it be to much trouble to ask for the best link for submitting a support ticket of this type ?

You’ll either have to wait it out for postage to resume shipping to the US or probably be offered something else by Funcom instead. All the support tickets in the world to Funcom can’t make your boardgame arrive any faster. As I stated earlier, it’s out of their control.
