[Since installing latest update, I have had game breaking passive regeneration, that even nullifies effects like bleed or poison.]
Steps on how to reproduce issue:
It has been hot fixed (or at lest it was in notes for the hot fix today) on PC, i am sure console is going thru certs right now.

As @WhatMightHaveBeen pointed out, we’re aware of this issue and hotfixed it already on PC. Consoles will receive this hotfix next Friday, along with any other fixes released until then.
