Why is EVERYTHING "game breaking"?

Volcano lava running

wtf is going on with the lava at the volcano…u have just run on the lava with out dieing if u have lvl 4 vit u can run alot with out dieing…why did you change that?or its just a glitch

New patch volcano LAVA

I noticed this with some aggroed mobs in there they were running back and forth through lava. Later though I saw a NPCs walk into the lava and die. So I’m not sure it’s 100% broken.

Game-breaking passive regeneration since patch

Game mode: [Online] Problem: [Bug] Region: [North America] [Since installing latest update, I have had game breaking passive regeneration, that even nullifies effects like bleed or poison.] Steps on how to reproduce issue: Install patch 1.47 on PS4 No idea.
