Game crashing in Siptah loading screen

After the Age of War update, the game crashes during the loading screen in Isle of Siptah. It hasn’t worked since the update. I have restarted and hard reset, still nothing. This is in single player. Xbox series X

Thank you for reaching out to us. Could you share some additional information?

  • Do you have your game installed on an SSD or HDD?
  • Is the console stable while playing other demanding games?

In the meantime, here are some steps that might help you. Please ensure that your save is stored on the XBOX cloud before trying each of the following:

  • Reset the console cache by holding the power button for about 10 seconds until the console powers off, then disconnect it from the power outlet for a couple of minutes, then try loading it into your SP session.
  • Try to perform a soft factory reset while keeping games and apps.

If the above procedures don’t help, please try to perform a full reinstall of the game and let us know if the issue persists!

It’s working for now. Thank you for your help. I’m mostly a builder, should I consider deleting some structures or thralls? I would hate to because I’ve been working on this since the Isle of Siptah released. I have had this problem before with only Siptah.

I was having a similar issue with the Exile map until I moved the game from the internal storage to SDD. It was also recommended to me to clear the Blu Ray persistent storage. As a builder myself, if your on a Series X I wouldn’t worry to much about buildings or thralls, unless it’s really bogging the game down. Hope this helps.
