No.
The problem with east and west side players are the same.
It is the âeasy lootâ, easy to wait, easy to kill, easy to get. This is the dead of every Massive Multiplayer Role Playing Game. Where the âMultiplayerâ title ends. And this is grind, grind for the easy loot, does not matter it ruins the game, it is boring, it is frustrating, it is time consuming, players do, because players do not want to gather in group, and do something different.
Every MMO out there suffer about this. It started with WoW, they cried how hard it is, they get the easy loot rain. Now what they do? Restart the Vanilla server. Players are spitting on their own face. Gratz!
Look at BDO. Killing trillions of mobs âaloneâ for one level up. Besides that, gathering from dusk till down. Mindeless grind fest. Like a voluntary slavery! BNS almost the same. Solo daily quests, daily group quests for dungeons, just sit in the dungeon lobby and wait until the group fills up.
The problem is, there is no âReal Multiplayerâ force, path, way in the games, except dungeons and raids, but here comes the âfinderâ where you do not need to know the other players, just sit back, relax and enjoy the ride for the âeasy lootâ at the end, 1000 timesâŠ
So the âSocial Multiplayerâ part of the MMO is dead!
The leveling process is solo, the daily quests is solo, gathering the resources is solo, crafting is solo, discovering the world is solo, doing achievement points is solo. 70-90% of a today MMO is made around solo content! This calls Single Online Role Playing Game, with a little bit of group play. I do not know why they call it Massive and MultiplayerâŠ
This is not about Age of Conan problems, it is everywhere, in every MMO, because the devs just copied each others ideas.
