For the second time in three weeks, our clan has lost everything on official server 1515. I have attached Youtube videos of the emptied benches and chests. All at 9am in the morning. First video has bombs placed by hacker named RUIN SYSTEM. Second video shows all of the benches and chests emptied. This is so incredibly disheartening FUNCOM. I have submitted a ticket. It would seem that players can gain access to admin panel and wreak havoc.

The inference is they were under considerable time pressure, which is why they left your crafters - F Key looting. Does that seem accurate?

It is possible to enter a base outside raid time simply by waiting the owner to exit and enter before the doors closed.
Then hide in the base, thralls will not attack.
Wake up in the (real world) night, take everything, escpape with midnight potion (you have to take ingredients with you).

This right here should be probably #7 of the PvP 10 Commandments. “Thou shalt bring ingredients.”
Your sneaky stuff doesn’t explain the looted locked chesticles.
I’ve also done what you are referring too… In the video you’ll see locked chests that are completely empty that were once full… every chest…
@Community you realy have to investigate about this issue / hack. Lot of people are complaining and reporting that they got all the chests / vaults locked looted. Not a single entry in the Logs Event nothing.
It happened the same today on “Scandal” Clan on #1117. They got all the base emptied, not a single entry in the logs. And the Player was the same name as this one on the first message : “RUIN SYSTEM”.
glitches are something, but this will ruin the game very badly… we cannot defend against that. You should take this in priority i think. Same with Speedhacking problem !
Please make something fast to make this game great again

Why dedicate yourself to pvp when you can be so easily wiped via exploits, cheats, and server troubles?
Bad combat system combined with server instability, lag, etc… why risk it all just to be smacked down by something out of your control?
Some ******* players are able to loot locked chests/vaulths and walk through walls.
The best is to avoid high pop servers like 1117.
Choose a PVP server with max 10 players on evening.
That’s funny advice, like it really matters… He lost hours of gameplay and it will be gone, so much time wasted.
Do I have to say that those cheaters have alt accounts and ban for them is nothing? Stash probably is already transfered to another clan / account / character.
Depends, Ive reported a let limiter attack with bombs with a similar video and Funcom said that its was “lack information” XDDD. But yes, many of them got banned, I dont know nor undestrand why they keep cheating…
Sometimes You are lucky and cheaters get ban but in the end it does not matter, they have alt accounts and just switch loot to different toons.
Why they cheat? Who knows, probably got killed / beated by this clan legit and then they get mad and wipe someone using cheats, happened many times on official server, i have witnessed that kind of behavior many times.
My past post was removed, maybe because I gave too many details of the subject, so I will write without giving details: what this guy has done has not been done legally or used a game exploit, what this guy has done has been done with a third-party program. It’s OK now?

thanks Barnes! Someone told me that the hackers can’t take the crafters because they would have to manually drag the crafter into their inventory and that would make it show up in the event log. Not sure if there is any truth to that.
Why not? You can get the same problems on pve too. Or do you really think cheaters and abusers only accure on pvp servers? If someone wants to destroy a server or specific players he will do so. And there is no difference in pvp vs pve doing so. The approaches may differ but the results are the same.
btw. the reportet cheater on official is now also terrorizing private server. Just that you and Funcom knows. But it was expectet, servertransfer was a bad idea and I told upfront that it could be easily abused. its a typical funcom move. Don´t listen to people and don´t clean the mess afterwards.
I had been previously unable to make out the names in the event log due to my eyes, and low resolution. It looks like “Spaced Out,” a member of your clan, went on a box-emptying spree in your first video. Is it possible you have a case of hidden bogey?
