If you have a very large number of mail stored in your character’s inbox, it can cause this window to need more time than anticipated to load.
In order to prevent this issue from occurring, we recommend keeping your inbox tidy and regularly removing messages you no longer need. If you have many mails you need to delete at once, you can do this by clicking the Delete All Mail option near the bottom right of the Postal Service window.
Please be sure to click Take All Attachments before doing so, as auction proceeds lost with deleted mail can not be recovered by Customer Support.
