I played TSW for a long time, where are all of my characters?
A: Secret World Legends is a separate experience from The Secret World. No progress is transferred from the old game into SWL. Your characters are still in tact on the old TSW servers and can be played when you wish. Feel free to use these instructions. -

Q: I’m Stuck! What do I do?
A: First, type “/stuck” into your chat and it will try to free you. Type “/petition” into your in-game chat. You can contact Customer Service by clicking Petition in the top right. -
Q: I was crafting and an Item Disappeared!! What should I do?
A: The most common places for missing crafting items are revealed after your character logs out and back in or moves into a different zone. You’ll often find them in your inventory, empowerment window or fusion window. -
Q: I’m dead and I can’t reach my body! How can I revive myself?
A: You can revive at any Anima Well by interacting with the well itself. If you meet up with another player while dead, you automatically spawn at an Anima Well in most zones.
