My Cpu and GPU Usage in game is 90% - 100% with FullHD/High Settings Preset!!!
PS: Even in Low Settings Preset that Happens!!!

How old is your power supply?
I had the same issue ( only with this game) turns out my power supply was dead.
You can do the paper clip test to see if it’s the problem.
