High ping when searching for servers

I apologize if this is the wrong place to post this, I didn’t see a better place.

Recently I’ve been having issues with high ping and not being able to get into any of the servers I’ve been playing on. Doing a bit of testing, I went to ping-test dot net to test my ping (obviously). I found that my pings were in the acceptable range when I ping from Colorado to Washington (about 70 ms give or take a bit). When I’m searching for servers in Conan, the ping rate jumps up drastically. Bouncing between 140 and 250, which is outside the acceptable range to access the official servers I’ve been playing on. Any suggestions on what I can do to help with this situations? Is there any other information I should be providing? I’m on PC if that wasn’t obvious already.

Unusually high ping in the server listing is a known issue that started happening recently. They’re still trying to fix it.

Thanks for the info. I was hoping there was a magic “change this setting” somewhere that would let me be able to play the game again.

I don’t spend much time on servers, so I’m not the leading expert here. Maybe you can favorite whatever servers you want, then filter by favorites? There are some active threads in the bug report section that might help. No promises, but I’ll link you one here.
