The support ticket system tells you to use the forums, but then a admin tells me to use the support ticket. I am just trying to get a legit answer to why it says I am banned.

Funcom’s policy is to discuss bans privately. You probably need to have your forum account privileges increased to send a private/direct message to a community manager to discuss the issue.
