how can i get Whirlwind blades in Isle of siptah? i search for it on youtube and google but dont get any help, i really love this sword. can someone help me pls?

I don’t think you can since the recipe is an Unnamed City recipe from Library of Esoteric Artifacts.
You may be lucky if someone on the server has it unlocked from back when we had character transfer 
so sad 
but i saw someone said that he can unlock it by combine 5 schematic fragment

You can get Whirlwind Blades from combining Schematics Fragments, but it is a 2% chance from each combine.

Welcome to the forum m8. Like @thurgond said you can get this recipe, worry not 
. You just need to grind statuettes and summon them on grey pools. Eventually you’ll get them.
Yet, Siptah has similar weapons to whirlwind blades, like hunger blades for example (they are axes but they share the same animation but way easier rng)
Siptah my friend has weapons that will blow your mind.
For the record, i have taken the whirlwind blades recipe even from vault final chest.

Correct. I already had them due to transfers, but I’ve found it again via fragments.

Yeah, I’ve got the recipe on Siptah by combining fragments too.

The serpentes sword from the serpent men vault recipes has the same moveset with no range farming required.

Not quite. It is slightly less than 0.5% per Schematic Fragment combine (1/201).
The recipe can also drop from a vault chest at a slightly less than 0.61% rate (1/164).
