How is it possible to run super fast

Theres a team running around with poison pikes super fast and their stamina never seems to stop .
Anyone know thats possible

Report them with video evidence if you can get it.

From what I can gather (someone please correct me if I’m way off base) at some point back when server transfers were allowed, there was some exploit that allowed players to server transfer from unofficial servers. This let them transfer onto official servers with admin modified weapons (thousands of dmg), run speed multipliers, etc. Exploits like this are a large part of why server transfers were disabled (and likely will never be enabled again).

Honestly I don’t understand why this hasn’t been addressed before: I am not a coder but it doesn’t seem that difficult to simply do a search of the official server databases and ban anyone that has a >1.0 run speed multiplier or any weapon that has a significantly higher damage than what is naturally obtainable in the game. But I’m sure Funcom has their reasons.

Anyways get video evidence and report. Reports about hacking/exploits seem to get prioritized, but IIRC they do require video evidence of something like this.

How fast is “super fast”?

Two non exploit possibilities, depending upon velocity…

  1. There is an agility perk that increases movement speed
  2. Server lag was catching up to movement they had actually made a few seconds ago.

Was the movement smooth or jerky?

Ive got the agility perk with max grit and no armour . They out run me with a weapon in their hand . They wait by the dragon obelisk and kill everyone that uses it or runs by .

If you can record it, that would be very utile in getting action taken.

Coming in from a Maproom does have some load lag, so they could be taking advantage of that.
Even then, wasn’t there a small grace period added around teleports, or was that an NPC aggro alteration?

Also, of you know where they camp, walk that way and gank them while the focus in the other direction
