How is this even possible?

We have a clan on our server who cannot find us but our base is in a legitimate place.

We have been having PVP battles with them and they lose more times than they win. Today, half of our clan cannot login and have Ban messages. The Clan in question has messaged one of our members still on via PSN and told them to leave the server or they will get the rest of the clan banned.

How is it remotely possible that Funcom would ban players from a clan just because another one is reporting them? we have done nothing against the TOS, our base it not hidden under the map or behind the wall or in any place where you are not allowed to build.

I cannot believe it is possible for clans to send threats and get legitimate players banned for no reason whatsoever.

Has anyone else come across this?

My suggestion would be to have your friends come into the Forum and go through Zendesk and find out what is going on. From what I know they generally ban all the clan. Perhaps they went through PSN if there was something in messages that Sony doesn’t approve of.

I have not spoken to them via messages and my psn is fine, its a ban from Funcoms side. I have raised a ticket with Battleye via the appeal service.

OK just throwing it out there I am glad you didn’t get banned weird that they only tapped part of your clan.

The ones not banned are the real casuals, so they probably have not caught their names.
