Does anyone happen to know the usual time it would take for a report on zendesk to be read and replied to? I put one through maybe 19 hours ago and have still received no reply or assistance.

In my experience it can take 1-2 weeks or even one month, I think it depends what are you reporting.

Just the fact I spent $50 on the game and the transaction was complete and then they just didn’t give me what I paid for.

I’m stuck in the “Connection refused” loop and can’t even launch the single-player. On account with full list of DLCs and BP/Bazaar items purchased.
2 days still no response.
I guess charging back my recent transactions and asking steam for a possible refund will be a better option than waiting for Zendesk to ignore my tickets.
