Hi! I have my own server in Conan Exiles and I want to increase (boost UP) the attack speed for two-handed swords or lower (cut) the animation of a two-handed sword strike.
How can this be done and in what settings of the game (server) is the section/team responsible for the attack speed or animation of strikes?
As far as I know, there is no settings about boosting or decreasing attack speed. The only way you have if you play on PC is modding.

Maybe someone knows a mod that increases the attack speed of heavy weapons?
I don’t know much about mods, but I’m not sure if such a things is possible even with mods.

I’m 99% positive this is something that could not be done in the settings of the game as speed is linked to animations. With that said you need a mod. What I found available currently is Old Two Handed Sword Attacks
This will change the two handed sword animations back to the old animations which are faster then the current animations.
I have not tested it and do not know the Mod Author, I would suggest trying it on your solo game to see if if causes any side effects. I could not find exactly what you are looking for and it may not exist and would have to be created. Hope this helps.
Thank you very much for your feedback! But, unfortunately, this attack speed is also too small( as I understand, it is absolutely impossible to change the animation speed of this weapon?
Not impossible just needs to be modded in the dev kit. You could try to do it yourself as the dev kit is free, if you have some coding knowledge. There may also be a modder out there that would make one for you on commission but I’m not sure who that would be.
