Can anyone confirm if the Hyena Armor recipe is out in the world or is it blocked atm (In Testlive)? I know that Dogs kush1te armorer t3 and a named thrall can craft the exotic version of it, but with out the basic recipe you can’t craft it, like you would for any other armor atm.
It’s out there in testlive, we have a few guys wearing the helmet at least.

There’s a ‘mannequin’ in the game world that teaches you the recipe to make it.
It can be found near the stone ship, good luck!

Yes, I can second this. Though it only “wears” the helmet.
Yeah…I’m going to have to ask you where. Because upon hearing this I went and took one of my very enthusiastic walks down by the pirate ship on my single player, and I did not find this. Maybe I was distracted between the screaming and the blood (some of it mine) and the body parts flying all over the place…but I’m fairly sure I was thorough. I checked Marauder’s Muster, Voyager’s Vigil, Bilgewater Break, Anchor Point, the Sandspit, and of course, the ship itself. I even went out to Pariah’s Overwatch to see if that ■■■■■ of an ex-pirate queen Jamila was holding out on me. Nope. She wasn’t. On the plus side, I have a bunch of new thralls now. But still, I’d like to know where this is. If you don’t want to say in public, PM me with the location.

Nope t3 kush1te gives us exceptional but you need the basic recipe and the only way to unlock that is by interacting with an item out in the world.

It’s in a large open camp, you’ll see some sticks holding something. There is a hyena helmet on top, just interact with it to unlock the basic recipe.
Took me some time to find it so.

If it helps any, it’s south of the big pirate island, up on the cliffs. If you’re coming from the north of the island, then just exit the south bridge off the island and kill the few pirates hanging around the camps. Just keep following the paths up the hill, eventually you’ll reach a big, empty area that also has Jamila the Pirate Queen’s camp there. Once you see her camp, look around for another path leading uphill between two big rocks. If you head that direction then you’ll come across one more camp full of pirates. The hyena armor is there.
I just found it last night, hence the directions. If you’re coming from the south of the pirate ship, then I know there’s an area full of spiders that are in front of a small ramp that’ll also lead directly up to the camp with the armor.
That’s the best I can do without more coffee, hope it helps. XD
Okay, that did help. I found it. The “practice dummy” you learn it from is in a camp called “Scoundel’s Gateway” SW of the ship at the very top of the mesa/mountain there. If you approach it from the East (Ship side), it’s on the opposide side of the camp.
So, other than that and the dragonbone recipes in the arena, and the map room any other new recipe/religion spots I should be aware of?
Gonna update this and tag it as a solution. Justhorse just posted a very detailed video on how to get the armor.
