Just watch the videos for yourselves. Reporting them is completely pointless, and incidents like this are spreading like a virus.

On various live streaming platforms, I see some streamers broadcasting gameplay on official servers using cheats almost every single day. It only takes them one day to wipe out all players on the server. I have tried reporting them, but nothing works. They may get banned at some point in the future, yet they can quickly buy cheap alternate accounts to get back into the game. This is not a competitive game; it is a building, progression and survival game. Even if administrators review your reports and ban them someday, every player on the server will suffer. Resources accumulated over months can be lost in an instant. Therefore, I want to warn everyone: there is a reason why fewer and fewer people are playing this game. Until the official team is able to resolve the cheating problem, there is no point in playing on official servers
its pointless because people that are paid to normally do something at customer service dont do wellt their job and are actually ignoring hackers/cheaters case reported trhough tickets for at least 2 months. so we have to continue to express our feedback on the problem with ticket and customer service so it changes, and its just a matter to have the right people treating and reading tickets.
The devs are just pouring all their energy into paid marketplace content. You should never hold out hope for anything from the game’s support tickets. I know cheaters exist in every game, but the developers show zero willingness to crack down on them. This creates a vicious cycle: more and more players will be tempted to join the cheating crowd. If they’d taken even minimal action, cheaters wouldn’t be running rampant like this now. If they lack the capability to fully eradicate cheating, they could at least implement changes to raise cheaters’ costs. For example: if a player gets banned for using cheats on a computer, any other account logging into Conan Exiles from that same device should also receive a ban.
that not right i saw inflexion patch all hack, there was no hack working from may 5 to something like mid july/end july. problem is now we depend of funcom customer service and people supposed to treat ticket to 1/ sanction hacker/cheater and 2/relay information of new hack that contain ticket to dev.

problem is ; there is skill or management problem at customer service that seem consider only building problem on pvp server (because used to do that for pve server) and closing and ignoring ticket concerning hacke. that is the real and only problem of pvp server
why is urgent to adress the problem with customer service and restablish a link with from player to dev team concerning hack information @dana because actrually it depend of relay by customer service because a lot of critical time have been lost, and damage have been already done on official pvp server. i mean its crazy to invest money to conan enhanced, succesfully bring back lot of player,s and annihilate all that and having people quit again the game because some people at customer service still dont understand what kill the game and drive out player. and you dont need be a genius to understand it…but video of the thread explain it well.

and will someone provide the id to inflexion @dana, so inflexion will been able to follow and see what they do , as your customer service seem to simply close ticket linked to cheating which i know is not a politic of neither funcom, neither inflexion but the reality occuring actually

nah some chinese players are legit and there is lot of hackers of other nationality too, cheating is not a matter of nationality
