Good evening, I lost all my tralls and loot, when I logged into the game this Tuesday I saw that my base was empty, when I checked the log, I saw that all my minions had been deleted and the loot was lost. I ask you to please check this, as I spent a lot of time and dedication on the game, please return my things and tralls
Hi there, @RafaelSpeedy . First, sorry for your lost things.
Where are you playing? Is this a SinglePlayer / Co-Op game? Or is this an online server where you had your things built?
Were you playing on a private server? Or a public, official server? Depending on the kind of server you were playing on - it could be possible that you were raided. Or, if it has been a long time since you’ve played, your things may have decayed.
Have you tried checking the Event Log? Dial the proximity all the way to the top, and the day slider accordingly, and click submit. If you lost items do to raid or decay, the Event Log should give you more detail about that.
If you can give us some more specifics about where you play, and how long it was between your game sessions, we might be able to help you understand what happened.
I’m playing on Official server 1977 PVE Conflict is already 4 years old. My base is close to Storm Watch.
On this server there are no raids by other players, as it is not PVP, there are other players complaining too. This was someone who hacked the server
Do you have anything, at all, in your event logs?
Unfortunately, the only way to get any action against a hacker is to submit any evidence you have of them to the Zendesk support team. I’m not sure that they will be able to do anything for you, either, like reimbursements, etc.
The only thing I have is the server log, it seems all the tralls disappeared at the same time, due to the deterioration of the items
I contacted them, but they only sent me this message, which appears to be automatic.

I entered one of my bases and all my minions, including the bench ones, disappeared, only stating that their items had been lost due to decay, even though it had been less than 5 days since I had entered this place. I don’t know if it was a player’s action or what happened, but I want all my minions with their items back. This makes it impossible to play or have any trace of fun

I can’t attach any video if what happened happened when I wasn’t in the game. It was offline. So how can I accuse someone specifically? I know that my neighbor here is “Hana” and another whose base is in the middle of the water and doesn’t even have a door to see the owner’s name. But as you can see from the prints on 11/22 at 12:39 I was in the game and immediately after 11/23 at 2:25 I was losing all the items that were with the minions due to decay, and a large amount at that, So everyone was gone. I even lost Liu Fei, who had been renamed “Zero” and was level 15. Everyone disappeared from the entire base, regardless of the floor.

Seriously. If the “Zendesk team” is anything more that an automated email reply system, then there’s not much evidence for it.
They know who it is. Evidence was given. No action has been taken.
