After some internal discussions about how we can enhance security measures and provide a safer gaming environment for everyone, we have made some changes to the acceptable file formats for support ticket submissions.
Starting today, please follow the guidelines below:
For images, screenshots, pictures:
- Only .jpeg/.jpg or .png formats will be accepted.
- You can also upload them to a website such as Imgur, Google Drive, or OneDrive, and share the link in your ticket.
For videos or clips:
- Please upload them to a video platform such as YouTube, Medal, ClipChamp, or Twitch Clips and share the link in your request. If possible, make sure the video is set as unlisted in order to protect everyone’s privacy.
- You can also the files from your Onedrive or Google Drive as long as your permissions allow anyone to view them.
Please understand that any requests that fail to have the necessary information on the formats mentioned above, will not be investigated until this is provided.
