I have played Exiles on my Xbox for a long time, and I can tell you that the graphic detail is not strong enough to show this. It would have to be some really big piercings if able to be seen.
He is one for you, those boxes cheapen the PC experience, yet we dont complain.
I for one wish they would make PC only versions, so we get the full game, instead of a cut down one.

Anyone who actively wants to see their character naked for more than the time it takes to craft pants worries me. Nudity overall adds nothing to the game
Isn’t all that covered up when you put on armor? I mean. I don’t see any flesh on my characters after they make their first item of clothing.
Depends on the armor, but yes, pretty much all of them cover the really interesting bits when you wear it. Even so, many of us find having nudity present provides a greater level of immersion and realism. In a lot of ways it’s no different from including footprints or hair moving in the wind or the ability to customize the shape and size of your character’s face and body.
Those that don’t find nudity to add anything to their experience have the option to turn it off. That’s what it’s there for.
Actually, nudity can add something, but what I am doing on my SP save can be with or without nudity fully enabled, I am actually challenging myself by seeing how far I can get being naked before I actually need to equip armour, whether it’s for protection in battle or from the elements.
So that what happen to Bob. Poor crazy Bob. I offer him to become invincible by drinking a potion of invincibility. It wears off after 5 mins.
