I haven’t played games for nearly a year and I’ve been busy so I couldn’t cancel my regular payment However, as soon as I found out that the automatic payment for 1 year was made 10 days ago, I sent an e-mail to support.funcom asking for payment because I can’t play games these days, but they didn’t reply or act for 10 days. There is a blabla 14 days after payment in the refund regulation, is it just ignoring it? Is there any way?
Unfortunately, their customer service is almost nonexistent with people waiting months for replies at times.
The best you can do is try to refund it if you paid with paypal, or through your bank or whatever, but your account will most likely be banned by funcom for refunding it.
