This is the first server I try hosting a dedicated server, its for me and my friend. Im having issues where the ping is 9999 im guessing its porting issue, i tried setting up the port Forwarding but it doesnt seem like it works since the Raw UDP port isnt working correctly, neither is the cource query port, please let me know what info i can give

Your best bet is probably to ask questions in this thread - it’s specifically about the dedicated server and the guy who maintains the tool regularly answers questions in there, so may be able to give you specific suggestions.

I also run my own server on a LAN and the ping is always 9999.
I can only connect by ‘Direct Connect’ using my IP address (I’ve set a static IP address) and the game port number. I cannot join my server by selecting it from the server list.
Btw, 7777 is the default port number. If you have changed that number use what ever you changed it to.
Eg: 192.168.1.198:7777.
As an after thought, have you opened up the ports in both your firewall ‘and’ your router. They both need to be set to UDP and TCP.
The default port numbers are 7777, 7778, and 27015.
