This is why I love this place and this game. It continues to open my mind to new ways of solving a problem or thinking of things in different ways. I was under the misapprehension they nerfed Crom blade because it was terribly OP vs the environment. Load even poor Dalinsia with one of those and she could chew through the scenery like a production assistant on acid with a chain saw.
As a man who openly expresses his love for this game, I play both SP and MP, but I have yet to join a PvE server. I have heard they are the worst hotbeds for griefing, but I rank that at about 75% veracity due to its sourcing being mostly Reddit.
You can exploit the teleportation system to get those pesky obelisks out of the way. You can exploit placeables and environment to build under the world.
You can perform 16 or 17 discrete steps to dupe gold bars in RDR, and although each one of those handles is actually a part of the game, unless youâre reporting or testing, completing this set of steps makes you a bad guy.
Yeah that really sucks, especially with this beautiful landscape. Iâm not beneath blasting someone just for cluttering up 10 degrees of my view. Every time I see those corridors or bridges or pathways on PvE I am seriously Iron Eyes Cody.
Yeah but he went on to say that it was only a UI bug, and it is indeed counting correctly. However, I dont know. It definately feels weaker to me, and no small number of other people too. I dont know what is going on.
I never report people. I think itâs your right to use everything thatâs part of the game. Devs should fix the exploitable game mechanics. I report stuff that can be abused to get an unfair advantage. I did for example report a method how to blow up stuff from very far away or some undermeshing methods. I am actually not sure if the exploitive potential is always recognized. Some things that provoked outrages on the steam forum and discord have been around since forever before their abuse became a big thing.
