Dragonhide Hood and Boots only give +2 to stats. Balance it on the same level as Silent Legion Light (+3 each piece).
All armors / weapons need adjusting.
I agree absolutely everything needs rebalance from crafted to legendary weapons, but disagree with void forged being comparable in terms of ease of getting resources, silent legion has harder to get materials and should be worth more in some regard.
