Dont look at population but at how you want to play the game. If you like open world pvp, you must go to fury. Its non existing on crom.
Same counts for pve raids the other way around.

No minigames, primarily open world pvp.
Sorry but Fury is a ghost city. If he wants to do any raid or dungeon in this game then Crom is the way to go.
Even open world PvP on Fury is too scarce to say it would be worth creating a character there.
Within days there will be the temporary server which is PvP focussed … and the characters will end up being transferred to Fury when it closes … so if you are thinking to start a new character, enjoy open world PvP and wish to get to know a variety of people from both Fury and Crom who chose to play there on newly created characters then that will be a good server to start again on.

Not really Deuk, it`s got open world PvP…shudders! 
Crom has always been more populated because on Fury there was no limit according to the level to kill someone, the result was players could not level at all. This saga is just a server jumpers things, in easy words players from both servers will leave for a while, will do some pvp, wait few weeks and they are already gone back to their previous servers. I’m planning to make a sin but i don’t figure he will make it far. Later on i’ll have to transfer to crom because on fury they don’t even do mini games anymore. At the begin fury was really a fun server full of fighting, but that server has gone together with the players.
I definitely want to come back to AoC, I was arguing with a guy yesterday that said AoC is dead you should play Conan Exiles, I laughed and said have you ever really thought about what you just said. In Conan Exiles they use MRS (Mental Rental Serves) That means the max is probably 40 players to a server, so If say 45 people play AoC than it is actually a much larger game. 
Was also wondering if they add content to this game at all, like a raid every now and then?

Highly unlikely that they will add further meaningful content as they stated in their 2016 report (or 2015, I don’t really know anymore) that they will not make any further big changes at the game.
So when people finish the last tier what do they do to keep the game fun?
Bring alts to the raids, do some dungeons just for sake of it, level new alts… usual stuff…
