Is this ok or allowed? (TOS)

First thought is: how long has it been there and depending on that, are there intentions?

I’d monitor it. if no one is actively working on it report it.

i cant tell their intentions, i dont know exactly how long has been there, i am fining a lot of … places that has been reserved just like this. they do have a massive location nearby. (about 1/5 or 1/6 of a map grid , i just want to talk to them , because i am not reporting anyone unless, someone is blocking an obelist or somethign really bad.

And that is where people lose me and why the system doesn’t work.
It doesn’t matter if some one is breaking the rules or not, it’s if some one is motivated to report them. And for me that isn’t how rules work, and why I’d prefer the ToS be automated.

I DO not like people get banned. if there was just wipes, which in itself is enough punishments considering that there is a lot of time and work in some of those places, then i could do reports, but no , i am totally against banning people, unless it is something really reallly bad.

The ban is only from the public servers not the game. And first time is usually just a time out not a ban.

To me, that is straight up land claim just to land claim and ensure no one else can build there. The fact that there is another structure near by (assuming its at the Priest King Retreat bridge, the plateau just North with the 2 tower gate or the hyena tree…can’t tell from this pic) then this supports structure build to ensure no one builds too close.

this is definitely a official server rule violation…report it.
Those are foundation webs and those are a clear violation.

Are you new to the server?
What mode is it?

no , not new, came back to my old official, its pve.

Do you know the clan who’s doing it? Maybe gather a bit more context from others too.

I think you’re doing the right thing by trying to talk to them. Maybe you’ll be able to find out they what, why, when, etc.,…

i will try again , i msg them several times, but they never seems to respond.

To answer your OP, if the purpose of this is to disallow others from building for the sake of it, it would be considered a violation. Intent in all of this is so important.

Unless it is hacking or exploiting I refuse to report for land claim violations based on my perspective or the perspective of others because it has been so devastating to Official player population. I stopped caring about being Funcom’s vigilante police dogs - or HOA Karen, take your pick of moniker XD

Lol. So suspicious

I mean a rival reported me for “landclaim spam” that was actually the foundation of a small tiny small base I was building and I was literally standing on the blocks building when they wiped it.

i just wanted more opinions before i engage again or try to engage the owner.

That amazes me, when I made reports it was weeks before I got any response from zendesk. When they did something it was a good 3 weeks or so before they did it.

And the other side of the coin is the OP. Its not bothering anyone, and no one cares much about it.
