Looking for any updated information on a decent source. I have looked over the Jan 2023 post on here, thinking it may be outdated or I am very unlucky, Google isn’t helping much either.

We’ve picked up some as random loot from the chests at the end of purges, even low level purges. The drop rate isn’t great, on my private server I think we’ve gotten 6 of them from about 30 purges, but they do drop.
Also, I don’t know if higher level purges drop them more often, we haven’t done enough purges to be able to track that specific piece of information. I would start by just doing a bunch of Lvl 1 purges to see what you get.

Purges and also human NPC camps around the map, sometimes it’s to be found in chests.

, is your best bet. Low purges provide even religion knowledge which is actually cool.
But generally heart of hero is a difficult find in Siptah still, only because it’s rng based. It would be nice if judge was dropping mainly a heart of hero.
There are some one skull Human npc’s who could have Heart of A Hero in their loot. Stygians, Black Corsairs, and Accursed all have one skull mini bosses.

been killing a bunch of them and so far nothing, will keep trying while I get me a purge base going
You can find them in Chests on the Grey Ones island. The Stygian Camps scattered around the outskirts of the pools typically have them. Check out the 3 ships on the right side of the island.

I haven’t played Siptah in a while but there is a camp below The Spit that has a broken elevator and a carpenter at the bottom of a rock outcrop. If you climb up and kill the npc, walk over to the body on the altar and there can be an interaction (I think it says ‘disgusting’). If you interact that will be a Heart of a Hero.

I meant that Heart of A Hero COULD be added to their loot table. As in Funcom could add that item.
