Isle of Siptah of absolutely horrible illogic mess beyond all levels of stupidity

I don’t even know where to start? From new “amazing” combat mechanic maybe?

  1. All mobs and experience doesn’t make any sense. White tale gazelle with 20hp 2700 exp and one shot. Hyena and dogs 1300-1700 exp, one shot. Huge f****n werewolf with 2100hp 5600 exp. WTF?!
  2. Grey Ones. Now I have a new dream on my life. Put developers who made them and force them to try to kill mini boss with two handed hammer for a week non-stop. They cannot be staggered with any weapon power attacks even with 20/20 strength, they have unlimited stamina and long range auto targeting with full heavy attacks combo. WTF?!
  3. No map room and teleportation? Or I missed something?
  4. Star metal ingots, black ice, top level tools at starting location chests? Really?

If I am not mistaken Siptah was meant to be a little more difficult for faster progression so you have the ability to get good stuff in general early on, its also a smaller map so map rooms are really not needed and as far as the Grey Ones are concerned, they are glass canons and die fast, let your thrall tank for a few seconds and you can chop them down, just make sure you are of decent level and equipment before you get there.

No map room is a plus for me. They only added them so people would stop asking for horses and then added horses anyway.

Siptah is a level 60 map, they just haven’t allowed transfers in a long time. As for killing a grey one boss… what do I get if i dodge one for a week straight? Every single one of them have 2h hammers… Not the hardest weapon type in the game to dodge you know even with the camera change.

Map rooms aren’t needed on siptah because the way they designed it means basically you have access to every resource you need without travelling very far from where you are (with a few rare exceptions like puffballs)… but you can still build teleporters so I’m unsure what you meant by that. You can google where the sorc cave is on siptah if needed.

I’m not sure I’d give the Siptah map the compliment of being a horrible illogic mess beyond all levels of stupidity. I mean, I’d hate to put it in the same company as The Day Before. At least The Day Before had a good idea at its heart. Siptah was a foolish idea from the beginning. They just need to find a way to integrate as much of it as they can into the Exiled Lands and then retire that map permanently. Or make a whole new map that is both maps combined, and then leave the old ones available for private servers.

LMAO!

Someone died horribly- what a troll post.

While they certainly hit hard, they’re some of the weakest enemies on either map…
Stop using a hammer, they’re way to slow on the swings.

Yeah, everyone except captains can be blocked or dodged and pretty easy to defeat. Especially when we had war chapter 2. But with WC3 and fkd up combat captains with 2h hammer just spamming strong attack non-stop with auto lock on you and unlimited range.
Same goes to 1h sword+shield enemies. Once they started strong attack combo you cannot block or dodge it. Thanks to new combat.

Actually it’s pretty easy in it’s stupidity.
I just built my base in the forest with tons of jinxes, bears, moose and bear boss and leveled up from 1 to 30 in couple of hours. Then accidentally got best weapon from greys and best armor from jailers. That’s it.

Siptah is the Vegas of exile lands. The loot is unbelievable rich from day one of official release.
Siptah has op weapons and op opponents. Yet the vaults have been nerfed. Volary of harpy now is a normal Vault. For decayed eldarium put your bets on the Serpent Vaults. Siptah has no “escape” and no specific easy progression location like exile lands.
Basically Exile lands is sea and Siptah ocean, 10 meters away from the shore sharks await .

Exiled Lands should be in Parity with IoS. So the removal of obelisks should be considered.

Those are not the best, not to bad starting off…but not the best by a good amount

I’d agree the vaults are to easy, even with thralls being broken atm and not attacking its stupid easy

@Muraki
I visit them a week ago. A friend from psn asked me to join him and help him to make his vault journey step. At the time we reach the Harpies, i told him to be very careful, but when we got inside he was laughing and asking me if i was trolling him. Tbh, these harpies were unnecessary broken, i like it better this way.

And one more rhetorical question - what’s wrong with performance and FPS drops?!
First day I was playing IOS with 145-150FPS, second day with 70FPS. Didn’t build anything new, didn’t bring any new thralls.

Public server?

Single player server

They had the horses first. I had a horse on Siptah at some point, and stopped playing when there was still no map. Then when I heard they had added human villages, I felt that they had killed what was making Siptah unique compared to the Exiled Lands, and never returned.

Map rooms came before horses.
