That doesn’t work, I been leveling a new toon. It is a pain. I also think we should be able to transfer across platforms!
This one also echoes the concern that server transfers only existed for the server mergapocalypse. They say that they are unstable, people lose characters, ect… this is true, some people have lost characters. This one doubts restoring these transfers is a priority at all.
It is very bizarre how roughly they treat people who literally paid more to have access to this expansion. It’s not easy to access from the main game and has effectively been left out to pasture with only the most minimum of updates. If transfers were available, it wouldn’t matter. If travel between these different zones of the same game were possible, again, it wouldn’t matter.
The opposing point, that Siptah gear is objectively better and roflstomps those who have only EL gear has some merit. Must avoid Pay to Win. The better solution, in this one’s less than humble opinion, would be to bring EL gear to parity with Siptah gear. The Legendaries buff went a good way towards that. But it was incomplete and confused. The Nerf to Black Ice, Obsidian, ect… was counter productive. Obsidian should be expanded and brought on line with Gray Ones gear. Black Ice should likewise be a powerhouse, not legendary, but certainly not weaker than hardened steel with a dubiously utile debuff. Venomsteel should be expanded and see parity with Feroxic items.
Khari gear is the worst offender. Badly in need of a buff given the annoyance of farming first the recipe and the mats besides. The gear list is far too small, there isn’t a heavy armour type, and the weapon stats are a bad joke. Khari weapons and Armour should be on par with Eldarium/Vault Gear.
Creating parity between available gear would address the invisible elephant in the room regarding transfers.

Everyone started out as a new toon.
With the experience ive got, it takes me a week on EL to get to 60 with no xp bonus etc.
Real game doesnt start till 60 anyways.
